Linedesk365 at The Meat Boys
The Meat Boys uses Linedesk365 for its daily customer email. The team keeps the final say.
What happens to every customer email
Every incoming customer email gets a priority automatically and, where possible, a topic. Messages about spoiled meat, illness after eating or a wrong product go to the top of the queue.
Questions about food safety, allergens, payments or personal data are set aside for a team member as an escalation. A draft proposal comes with it, which your team member checks, completes and sends.
Drafts, not automatic replies
Routine questions get a draft reply with the order details from WooCommerce next to it. Those details are only read, never changed.
A team member reads the draft, edits it and sends it through the webshop's own mail server. Nothing goes to a customer automatically.
Learning from earlier replies, without personal data
The system uses the team's earlier replies as examples, with names and contact details masked automatically, and no model of our own is trained on the data. Customer conversations are deleted automatically after a fixed retention period, 90 days in the current installation. Masked example replies in the knowledge base are kept longer.
Insight into what comes in
A reporting screen shows question types, complaints per product and stock signals.
The aim
Less retyping of the same answers, so the team has more time for personal contact: the customer on the phone, the customer in the shop, the complaint that needs a conversation.
